Katie was born and raised in the great state of Texas! North DFW is where she resides with her husband and three sons. Her husband, Paul, is a teacher and coach. Their favorite activities are going to the lake to enjoy camping, fishing and hiking. Her sons love being active and are involved in sports. Staying involved in their small town community is a priority to their family. They are involved in their church community by serving in children's ministry and mentoring.
Katie started in real estate as a transaction assistant and decided to get her license after realizing how much of a perfect fit real estate was for her. She loves the pace and constant changes of real estate. She receives joy and satisfaction of a job well done. Talitha and her husband, James, have loved calling Sanger home for the past 10 years and have been part of the Denton County community for over 34 years. James serves the Denison community as a Firefighter Engineer, and together they recently celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary. They have a sweet daughter who keeps life fun with her love for being outside. As a family, they enjoy spending quality time outdoors and staying active in the gym.
Talitha serves on the executive board of Greater Denton Fellowship of Christian Athletes and serves as Secretary of the board for Principle Covenant Christian Academy where her daughter attends elementary. She values being actively involved in her community and investing in the next generation.
After a successful career with Nordstrom, Talitha transitioned into real estate, bringing with her a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and truly understanding people’s needs.
